Team Assistant trilingual in Eng/Esp/Rus

We are looking for an amazing Office Manager / Team Assistant trilingual in English/Spanish/Russian.
About the employer: International company specialised in management of international projects

Duties: Secretarial Support & Department Control
- Being the point of contact for international offices
- Monitoring and reporting of developments and progress of International projects
- Preparation of translations and reports
- Travel arrangements, diary management
- Organization of meetings and events
- Filing and meetings documentation
- Phone screening
- Prepare documents and plans
- Prepare necessary documents for meetings ahead of time
- Assisting to the team on all stages of the realisation of projects, organisational and coordination work
- Office materials inventory & purchase
- Documentation management (monthly reports, audit reports, etc.)
Our requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish, English and Russian languages (speak, read, write), spoken Croatian as a big plus
- Clear, objective and positive communication
- Creativity and team empathy
- Confidentiality and discretion dealing with information
- Strong organization and prioritization of tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proactive problem solver
- PC skills (MAC,Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- 3-5 years in administration or support of senior managers
- Technical degree or higher in Secretariat, Business Administration or equivalent
